  • Rinse your mouth and the tooth with warm water, being careful not to touch the tooth’s root.
  • Hold the tooth gently by the top or crown while cleaning it.
  • If you can, place the tooth back into its socket in your gum.
  • Gently bite down on a gauze pad to keep the tooth in place until you reach Luna Family Dental.
